Plastic Logic has revealed more details about their new e-reader and according to Engadget, it now touts 3G connectivity as a feature. 3G is the same wireless network that powers the iPhone and other smartphones on the market.
One other note that came out of the press conference is the extremely slow page turns of the device – even slower than the Kindle. Since some Kindle users are still complaining about the page turn speed, I highly doubt they’ll be impressed with the 4 full seconds some sites are reporting it takes the Plastic Logic reader to turn pages.
