Engadget reports that the Plastic Logic e-reader, a potential competitor to Amazon’s Kindle, isn’t due until 2010. The news came from a company rep at their CES booth.

You can read more at Engadget or watch the video interview. In case you hadn’t heard about it yet, the Plastic Logic e-reader is designed to be used for business reading – emails, PDFs, trade newspapers. It’s larger than the Kindle and other e-readers – it’s about the size of an 8 1/2 X 11″ piece of paper. No word yet on the price point.
